June Newsletter 2019

                               Local Business Awards 2019 

​Its finally Winter and the Pilates studio is doing better than we ever imagined! This month's newsletter is all about our health and how to stay motivated through the upcoming colder months. 

Firstly, we would like to announce that we were recently nominated as a finalist in the 2019 Local Business Awards! We couldn't be more happier with the constant support from our lovely clients and the local people. We had a great night at the awards night, but unfortunately we didn't come home with an award. But we are so grateful for being nominated, as we have only been open a few months now and still continue to get enormous support from the local community and we can't thank everyone enough. =) 

Health Benefits of Pilates 

Pilates is a combination of about 500 exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. How To Keep Motivated This Winter

Now that we are already hitting a big cold snap, it can be very hard to stay motivated with our general exercise and workout routines. But we are here! So stay motivated and push on through! 

We have a couple of winter workout motivational ideas to help our clients push through this season. 

Ability is what we are capable of doing, Motivation determines what we do, and Attitude determines how well we do it.
