Stop The Spread Of The Illness 

With all that's happening lately here and around the world, we would like our clients to be vigilante when it comes to the Corona Virus. We want everyone to be aware of the signs and symptoms of the virus. If you show signs of the flu, please refrain from coming into the studio until you are fully recovered. If you have just come back from overseas in the last 14 days, please refrain from coming into the clinic for at least 2 weeks. This is just a precaution for clients, just in case you may have the virus. Please wash your hands before and after classes, use hand sanitizers if need be.

How Has Pilates Helped You? 

 On a positive note, we would like to hear from our clients about their experiences since they have been with us. That is we would like to hear about how has Pilates helped you, whether that be strength, motivation, stability, or even self-confidence. We would like our clients to post their thoughts on our Facebook page and we will go through them and put them up in our next newsletter =)

We like to hear feedback from our clients and we thought this would be a perfect way to do it, and for others to see how far each client has come and how rewarding and enjoyable Pilates can be!
